Your Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550034 will work great with the Curt Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC369535 as long as you use the Capture Plates # DM6171. These help stabilize the moving parts of the Flex Air so the Hijacker and Flex Air work well together.
Just make sure your current pin box is a 1621 before purchasing this Curt option. If you have a different pin box number let me know and I'll be happy to help you find the correct one!
