Im wanting to flat tow a vehicle behind many different tow vehicles. Possibly a Chevy Spark or Nissan Versa, what would be the best brake controller for an application like that?

I have just what you need! For a correct braking system for flat-towing vehicles, you need a supplemental braking system instead of a brake controller. This is because brake controllers are not designed to work with flat-tow vehicles.
With that being said, the best supplemental braking system to use with multiple vehicles is the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # HM39524. With this system, you will be able to transfer it between vehicles for an easy installation.
