not sure what type of bearing kit I need for my boat trailer. I have a single axel 18ft 1992 Ranger Bass boat trailer.

I need more information in order to answer this question. I need to know the size of your existing bearings. Your bearings and seals should have a number on them. If you unable to see the numbers you can take the measurements of the bearings and seals with a 4" Carbon Fiber Digital Caliper, part # PTW80157. Once I am provided with those part numbers, or measurements, I can find the bearings and seals you need.
I have included a diagram to show what needs to measured below.
