Will the hands free tailgate feature on my 2020 Nissan Murano still work with a trailer hitch installed?

This question actually comes up quite a bit. The hitch receiver tube and safety chain plate will block the sensors located under the rear bumper in the center. However, the sensors further to the right or left will still function and allow you to utilize the hands-free feature as shown in the provided photo.
