I have a solution for you but you can not use a hitch extension with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # HLY64FR. I recommend mounting it to the front of your 2017 Ram 3500 using the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C31067. This hitch has a 500 lbs vertical load limit and would have no problem supporting your bikes and Hollywood Bike Rack.
