Good day Could I upgrade the tires on my 2015 Coachmen Apex 187RB from 14inch to 15inch tires? Thank you

You can add 15" wheels and tires to your 2015 Coachmen Apex 187RB as long as you have enough clearance. Typically you want a minimum of 3" of clearance on the top of the tire for normal suspension travel and 2" on the inside of the tire. Adding a 15" tire will mean losing some of that clearance on your trailer.
Using a 205/75-15 tire will result in the smallest difference in size when switching. A good choice would be the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10244. This tire has a section width of 8.1" and a 27.3" outer diameter. When compared to a 14" tire like the # AM10235 the width would be the same and you would lose 1/2" of clearance on the top. I recommend measuring your current tires to compare.
It looks like you have the Lionshead Jaguar wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern on your trailer. For a 15" replacement, we have something very similar in the Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel - 15" x 5" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Gunmetal Gray Item # LH35FR. The pilot diameter should be the same so you can use your existing wheel center cap # LHCS102-SI60C.
