It looks like you're looking for plugs that cover the adjuster holes in a trailer brake assembly, which are also referred to as mud and crud plugs. We offer # 46-7 which is sold individually or # BP10-220, sold in a quantity of 4.
Both are compatible with Dexter 7, 10 or 12 inch trailer brake assemblies.
