We do indeed have air bags that will fit your 2000 Ford F-350 4x4 with the Reese Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Custom Installation Kit with Brackets and Rails # 50043-6008:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57298
I verified with Air Lift that the # AL57298 are a fit for your '00 F-350 and specifically for the Reese 5th wheel brackets on your truck. Air bags are a very good addition to a truck when towing a 5th wheel as they'll help level you out, supporting your rear suspension for a more stable ride with better overall handling.
During the installation of these air bags, you are going to want to ensure your air lines are cut perfectly straight, and the best way to do this is by using the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530. Also, I do recommend considering a compressor in order to make both monitoring and maintaining the air bags much easier. The most convenient option is a wireless compressor, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980.
