The adjustable width hitch receiver for RV's is going to be the way to go, it is completely adjustable and customizable to fit your set up. Just need to trim to fit and you can weld or bolt it in place for a solid fit.

You will also need a connection for the trailer. Use the 4-pole linked above and splice it into your travel trailer wiring. If you have LED lights you will not have any issue with amp draw but if you have all incandescent lights you may run into a power shortage for lights and you will need to convert to LED lights to stop the problem.

Since triple towing isn't legal in many states, I'd recommend checking with your state's DOT or State Police (as well as those in the states you'll be traveling in) to check the legality of triple towing.
