Are the Rhino-Rack &quotC Channels Comparable to T-slots and Other Channels for Mounting Accessories

Question:

Online it says that accessories can be attached using the C Channel slot on the top. What is a C Channel? In the pictures, it looks like a normal T slot, which is what I need. Built-in C-channel on top of each bar lets you mount Rhino-Rack accessories and carriers

The "C" channel on the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 is essentially the same thing as the T-slots you see from other manufactures, it is just what Rhino-Rack calls them. You will still be able to use other channel mounted accessories in the Rhino-Rack channels because the channels are all relatively the same between Thule, Yakima, Rhino-Rack, etc.
