Is there an offset gooseneck ball that will fit in the factory hitch prep on my 2022 Ford F-350?

You will need to use the Adapter Rails # C88KR with the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16055 on your 2022 Ford F-350 to get a offset gooseneck ball. The factory gooseneck mount is a round hole with no locking pins that will secure a traditional offset ball in place. The Curt adapter and hitch will give you a 3" offset to move the trailer further from the back of your truck.

Do note that with both the 2-1/2" tall adapter and 1-1/2" hitch ball the base of your hitch ball is going to be 4" above your current bed height.
