i have tires 225/70r/19.5 what size and number to use

With the size of your tire and wheel combo being 225/70R/19.5 I have calculated the overall diameter to be 31.9 inches by following the formula in the helpful article that I have attached.

The Classic Accessories Model 3 # 052963762501, that you referenced would be slightly too small. It fits tires and wheels up to 31.75 inches in overall diameter, which would be 0.15 of an inch too small for your tires. I recommend the Classic Accessories Model 4 # 052963762600 for your tires, it fits tires and wheels with overall diameters from 32 inches to 34.5 inches.
