Does B and W SwayPro Weight Distribution Need New Head When Switching to Underslung

Would like to get the bxw1500 , but at some point after warranty period on the trailer I would like to go to an under slung hitch. Will I have to get a different head for the Blue Ox when I do that ? Thanks
