I am looking for a replacement cover for an Optronics side marker trailer light, oval, red in color. The item number on the light itself is MCL0030RBB.Do you sell the covers only?

We do offer a replacement lens for the LED Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light part # MCL0030RBB, it's the Replacement Lens for Optronics part # A0028RB. That said, for only a few more bucks you can get a new assembly with bulb so I would just get a new light if I were you.
