How Does Curt Trailer Hitch C13417 Install on 2022 Ford Ranger

Question:
Hello, I recently purchased a Curt 2” receiver for my 2022 Ranger. My vehicle has the factory bumper tow package. When attempting to install the new receiver I noticed there seems to be a few more mounting points than just the four frame rail bolts mentioned in the product description. Is there any extra assembly/parts I would need for installation?

There is not any added hardware required to install the Curt hitch that fits your 2022 Ford Ranger, which is the following part number:
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13417
Installation of the # C13417 on a '22 Ranger just requires removing the four factory bolts on your frame rails, putting the hitch into position, and using the factory bolts to secure the hitch to your truck. There are no other steps or parts needed to the hitch so it's super simple.
