Question:
Part Number # HD208 for 2016 F150 with Heavy Duty Tow Package. To get the 8inch rise do you simply turn the hitch over and install into the truck? All of the videos only show a application. I have a dump trailer and when hooked up to my truck the foot on the trailer is only about 8inch off the ground. I need to jack it up just for my own piece of mind.

Yes, to get the 8" rise out of the BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitch item # HD208 all you will need to do is insert the ball mount the opposite direction into your 2016 Ford F-150. I have attached a picture below to show you the ball mount in the rise position.
To keep your shank and ball mount from walking away I recommend the InfiniteRule Locking Pins for BulletProof Ball Mount - Stainless Steel - Qty 3 item # 34061674-D. These three locking pins are keyed alike for convenience.
