There is one Curt gooseneck hitch that fits your 1997 Ford F-350, though the old fold-over hitch has been discontinued. So you'd need a new hitch and brackets, and I verified with Curt the correct fit is the following:
- Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit # C60723
