Does 2020 Ford F-250 Need Fixed or Slider B and W Companion

I have a 2020 F-250 with a 6.75 bed. I already have the BandW Turnover 5th hitch. I am looking for a 5th wheel hitch to go with it. I am trying to determine between the standard BandW Fixed hitch and the Slider hitch. Why would I Need the slider hitch or would the fixed hitch work?

The slider version of the Companion hitch # BWRVK3400 is designed to provide short bed trucks like your 2020 Ford F-250 turning clearance since it can move back when making turns. Now with that said most trailers are made now with a tapered nose to help with that and you can use a fixed hitch like the # BWRVK3500.
So if your fifth wheel trailer has a tapered nose you could use the fixed hitch but if you have a wider nose you'd want the slider.
