grinding sound with step motion. parts are off. The motor is 366043 which I found on your site. The gear box doesnt have any numbers I can find. Any idea which one it is?

We have both the replacement motor and the gear box available for the steps on your 2016 Jayco Redhawk. The correct gear box is the Replacement Gear Box and A Linkage for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC379160. I know you said you already found the replacement motor but just to be sure, the correct replacement motor is the Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps - 12V # LC379147.
