Do the class 3 hitches for a 2022 Sienna, allow the kick under bumper auto hatch opener to work or does it block the sensors?

The trailer hitch options for a 2022 Toyota Sienna like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C22UR which is what I recommend will still allow for the rear handsfree liftgate but you will be limited to areas away from the receiver tube. It will admittedly be a bit harder to use but that's the case for pretty much every vehicle with this feature that you put a hitch on. You'll learn the sweet spot over time and get better at it.
