For your 2018 Toyota Prius I recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24966. This class I receiver has a maximum tongue weight of 200lbs with a maximum trailer weight of 2,000lbs. Be sure to verify your maximum weight capacities with your Toyota dealer and do not exceed the lower of the 2 ratings. I prefer this over the Curt # C11473 that you were looking at as there is more structural steel connecting the cross tube to the receiver.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56353 will provide you with a 4-way flat connector. This connector will fit most small trailers and can also be used with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 in the event you have a hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights on your Prius.
