Will this BX2614 base plate fit on a 2020 GMC Acadia?

No, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BX2614 will not fit the 2020 GMC Acadia.
The 2020 GMC Acadia should not be flat-towed but it does appear that you can use a tow dolly. I recommend using the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame - 4,800 lbs - Wide Tread # DM9713093, which will allow you to tow your Acadia with 2 wheels up behind your motorhome.
