Question:
I have a bed cover that uses I believe Item # EX31003005. However, on long road trips the top doesn’t stay down as tight as I would like it to. There is some play in the spring that gets caught and keeps the the cover loose. Do you have a similar part that uses a bolt down to a handle that you can secure that way? My last cover had that style and I loved it. I included a picture of they style I’d like. Thank you

I didn't receive a picture but I do have a couple of options for clamps that are similar to the one you referenced. They both also include bolts so hopefully one of them is what you are looking for.
The Replacement Tail Clamp Assembly for Extang Solid Fold and Trifecta Tonneau Covers item # EX1035 is for Extang Solid Fold, Solid Fold 2.0, or Trifecta truck bed covers.
The Replacement Tail Clamp Assembly for Extang Solid Fold Tonneau Covers for Ford Super Dutys item # EX1042 is for Extang Solid Fold (aluminum) and Solid Fold 2.0 (polypropylene) truck bed covers for 1999 and newer Ford Super Dutys.
