You will want to choose a Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket based on how much available roof line you are wanting to cover and what size gear you need to carry on your 1999 Chevy Tahoe. Since your Tahoe was made in a 2-door and a 4-door version you may be limited on length as well.
