Question:
Can these tires be run at a reduced air pressure when actually off-roading?

Expert Reply:
Running the Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tire - Load Range D # WST54FR at a lower psi may help soften the ride a little or perhaps help with traction when you're off-road. However, doing so can and will cause the tire to wear unevenly, so it is not recommended.
Also, running the tires at a lower psi will result in an unknown weight capacity for the tire. This tire has a maximum load of 2,910 lbs at 65 psi but when you change that the weight capacity will be reduced and could result in tire failure.
