Can I flat tow with this bumper using the shackle mounts. 2022 2 door Rubicon.

I do have an option that will allow you to flat tow your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Unfortunately, you will not be able to directly attach a tow bar to the d-rings of the Rampage Mass Articulation Front Recovery Bumper for Jeep - Grille Guard, Light Mounts, Winch Plate, part # RA88509.
However, you can attach the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms, part # BX1134, to your frame/chassis. Then you can attach to tow bar to this baseplate.
I have included a product description link and a video of the Blue Ox Base Plate being installed on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler.
