While it is uncertain if or when someone will make a weight distribution shank for a 3" Ford Receiver, I have seen where a BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # HD308 is used with the Weight Distribution Shank for BulletProof Hitches # 358WEIGHTDIST. This will give you an adjustable mount that you can quickly and easily switch from a standard 2" or 2-5/16" ball mount to towing with your weight distribution hitch. You will not need to use any reducers to use your weight distribution hitch. The shank is designed to work with weight shanks that fit 2" wide with 1-1/4" spaced 3/4" bolt holes.
The InfiniteRule Locking Pins for BulletProof Ball Mount # 34061674-D will allow you to secure both the hitch to your receiver and the ball mount or weight distribution shank to your adjustable hitch.
