I have an answer for using tire chains on your 2018 Toyota 4Runner. According to your owner's manual, Toyota does not recommend using tire chains on the front tires of your vehicle (with or without a lift). It is always a good idea to adhere to the manual when it comes to tire chain applications.
With that being said, you can use the Konig Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - XD16 Pro - Size 274 # KON94FR on your rear tires as long as you have at least 16mm of wheel well clearance. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows how you how to conduct the measurement from your tire to your closest wheel-well component.
