The etrailer hitch # e98837 that you referenced has a 350 lb tongue weight rating when towing a trailer not using a weight distribution system but when you do use a weight distribution system the tongue weight rating would go up to 500 lbs. This is because the WD system distributes some of the trailer's tongue weight up to the front axle thus allowing the hitch to carry more weight. For a WD system rated for your setup the Reese Pro Bar part # RE34FR would work well.
