Yes, you can use the Curt Weight Distribution Shank # C17124 will work with your EAZ-Lift R3 Weight Distribution Hitch.
Weight distribution shanks from different brands are all made with a standard hole diameter and spacing.
This shank is made for 2" x 2" trailer hitch receivers, has a maximum weight capacity of 15,000-lbs, and a maximum tongue weight of 1,500-lbs.
