Question:
I have a 2005 Ford e-450 cutaway set up as a 16 passenger bus. I need a trailer hitch. Do you guys list anything 40 1/4 wide center to center?

While we do have an option for a hitch for your 2005 Ford E-450 cutaway, there isn't a custom fit. So the best option is a universal service body hitch, which can either be welded or bolted on. The right one is going to depend on the height of mounting brackets that would be best for your van:
