The best option we have for a 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" RV bumper is the Lippert Components Flip Down Tailgate Storage System part # LC243621 which can be mounted using the Lippert Tailgate Storage System Mounting Kit part # LC432336 or part # LC373965 depending on your setup.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend modifying the etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumpers like part # e83YR.
