3 questions, 1. I have a mini front fender, see attached picture, could I ratchet the arm in front of my fender? 2. Could I use metal replacement lock, RKY12006, for the bike cable lock too? 3. If yes, do you have a 2 pack of locks that use the same key?

Your picture didn't make it through but in general the RockyMounts MonoRail part # RKY10004 can't be used with a bike that has fenders and instead you'd need a bike that uses a frame clamp instead like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202. This comes with locks.
