hello, Im looking for a 3-1.5inch grey tank eccentric adapter that slides into the tank opening, has a packing on male end and black sealant as well. Ive read that the valterra t1041-1 is a fit but does not look like the bristol fitting I removed.

The Valterra Eccentric Tank Reducer # T1041-1 is most likely what you're going to need, however it will be difficult to tell you what you need without knowing what you currently have.
The Valterra Eccentric Tank Reducer # T1041-1 has a 3" spigot end that will install inside the neck of the waste water tank, and has a 1-1/2" hub end that you will slide your pipe into.
You can use some gasket maker # LT37467 to secure the spigot end into the neck of the tank, and use a hose clamp # H03-0009 to secure it in place.
You can then use the Valterra ABS Solvent # A05-0303 to bond the pipe inside the hub end.
