Question:
I have a 2016 F150 and tow a 30’ travel trailer 7500 lbs. I just bought a Gen Y Boss hitch this year. I’m interested if I buy RAS does that eliminate the use for a weight distribution for the Gen Y Boss? Or do I still need to use a weight distraction system on the hitch with both the RAS and Gen y boss. Thank you

The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit item # RAS3611-Y you referenced will address any sagging issues that are caused by your trailer. The system also increases stability, handling, and control by improving traction and reducing sway. Without knowing specifically what model you have I'll use the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount item # 325-GH-313 as an example. The adjustable ball mount helps with road shock caused by bumps and potholes but won't work with a weight distribution system.
A weight distribution system will do more for addressing sagging and trailer sway than the RAS system. The RAS system reduces sway a weight distribution system when properly hooked up will keep your trailer in line and going straight down the highway. The Blue Ox 2-Point Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - 6-Hole Shank - 10K GTW, 1.2K TW item # BLU75FR would be a great addition to your towing set up. I have linked a picture of these systems together.
