Question:

I had called the dealership where my 337RLS is at for the installed pin box model, the service writer sent out a tech he said there was no model number so this is what they provided, sorry, sure hope this helps determining what model I have. Model # 0004624949 Ser # F005178252 LCI # 722706 That’s it Bob, you would think a dealership would just have a simple answer. Thank you

Yes. You will have to use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide Capture Plates for Trailair Rota-Flex Pin Boxes # DM6171 on your 2021 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS.

As far as which Curt Flexair works for your trailer, it depends on what pinbox you currently have installed. If you have the Lippert 1621 pinbox, you need the # LC328492. If, however, you have the Lippert 0719, you need the # LC328484. In order to confirm which pinbox you have, I attached highlighted diagrams that show the measurements of these pinboxes. I strongly recommend that you measure the dimensions of your pinbox to determine which setup you have.

Help is on the way! I called my tech at Lippert, and he said that the serial number you provided that starts with an "F" may be a typo. He confirmed that all Lippert pin boxes start with the letter "S." When we made that slight change, he was able to match the serial with the LCI number 722706 that you provided. With this information, you definitely have the Lippert 1621 pin box on your Grand Design Reflection 337RLS. With that information, the correct Flexair model you need is the # LC328492.
