I have 2016 14k pj trailer. It has a 12k jack welded to the frame. My question is the area where the plunger pin is, the outer hole on that bracket has become larger so the spring slides out and pin just hangs there. Is there a way to fix this by replacing some part? Thank you

We do not offer replacement inner tubes for jacks of that capacity. If you are unable to keep the drop leg from staying up you will need to replace the jack. We have a couple options. The Buyers Products Heavy-Duty 4" Square Jack w/ Side Pin Drop Leg - Sidewind - 26" Lift - 12K item # 3370091410H you were looking at would be a great choice. The Square Direct Weld Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return - Sidewind - 28-3/4" Lift - 12K item # TJD-15000SP-F is another jack that is capable of supporting your 2016 14k PJ Trailer's weight.
