I verified for you with the manufacturer, Extang, that the Trifecta 2.0 WILL fit with the Multi-Pro tailgate on your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 5-3/4 foot bed. The Trifecta 2.0 will fit with that tailgate, but there are different versions depending on if your truck has the CarbonPro box or not. Here are the fits:
- WITH CarbonPro Box: Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover # EX25MR
- WITHOUT CarbonPro Box: Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover # EX92456
