I have a ROLA BIKE RACK 1-1/4 HITCH and I have been using it with Mountain Bikes with no problem, I just bought an E- HEYBIKE RANGER which is more heavier, I need to lock the hitch with one treated pin, do you have any...?

Rola didn't make a bike rack that had the weight capacity for an e-bike so you'd have to upgrade your rack to be safe and not lose your bike. For that the Thule Easy Fold XT part # TH903202 would be your best option as it's one of few E-bike racks that can fit the 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch hitch size as well.
