The B&W # BWRVK3500 Companion 5th wheel hitch won't work with the discontinued Curt C630-652 gooseneck hitch. The Curt hitch accepts a gooseneck ball with a round shank, while the Companion will only work in the B&W Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch which uses a gooseneck ball with a square shank.
If you have a 2002 Sierra 1500 or 2500LD, you'd need # BWGNRK1059 Turnover Ball or # BWGNRK1067 for a 2500HD or 3500.
