The towing capacity of a 2019 Ford Ranger in the eyes of the manufacturer cannot be increased even if you add the parts that come with the factory tow package like a trailer hitch (Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13417) and wiring harness (Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56431). I will say however that a lot of towing packages come with just more than a hitch and wiring, usually some sort of additional/upgraded oil/fluid cooler. We do have options for these (Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit part # D13503) but again, it still won't increase capacity per the manufacturer.
