I did some research, and it appears the 2020 Ford F-250 7.3 has a GVWR of 10,000-lbs, so the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676 you mentioned, is not going to have enough weight capacity to tow your truck.

Instead, I recommend going with the Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013 . This tow bar has a maximum capacity of 10,500-lbs which should be more than enough to safely tow your Ford F-250.

This tow bar can be adapted to become compatible with Blue Ox, Duncan, Reese, and Roadmaster base plates, and will fit into standard 2" x 2" trailer hitch receivers.
