Question:
Are there other options for air bags other than the Air Lift 1000? Are there beefier air bags?

Expert Reply:
For air springs on your 2007 Chevy Avalanche, the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60769 will be the most heavy duty option we currently have available. As the Chevy Avalanche in the 2007 model year has a max towing capacity of 7,200 pounds (when properly equipped), the 1,000 pounds of load leveling support will typically get the job done.
However, if you need something more, we do also have the Timbren # TGMRYS4. This will not be an air bag though, so you cannot adjust it when you are not towing. This will give you up to 6,000 pounds of support, but it will affect your ride pretty severely when you do not have a load.
Between the two, I would go with the Air Lift # AL60769.
