The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1257 for your 2021 Toyota Tundra with the 5-1/2' bed is rated for up to 30,000lbs towing and 7,500lbs of tongue weight. You will need to check your owners manual for your specific towing capacity as it ranges from 7,800-10,200lbs depending on how it is equipped.
The 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4585 will help you gain some additional turning clearance.
A Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157 will allow you to connect your trailer wiring inside your bed. This will prevent any damage to your harness from extending over the tailgate and down to the bumper receptacle.
