According to the fine folks at B&W hitch, having the Rambox option on your truck won't prevent you from installing and using a B&W Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch on your 2022 Ram 2500.
You'll want to use the # BWGNRK1320 which will bolt up to the existing rails already in place under your truck bed. You'll just need to cut the hole in the bed and bolt up the hitch.
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector up over the tailgate, you can do so using part # C56000.
