The only difference between the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit with Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers - 7K part # HSE7K-T1SO and part # HSE7K-T1 is that the latter comes with the hub which is integrated into the rotor. The former does not come with a hub and is designed to be slipped over an existing hub. I recommend the integrated hub and rotor option as it easier to install and maintain.
