Correct Torque Spec for 10" Steel Trailer Wheel

Question:
How many foot pounds of torque are recommended for my 1998 Jayco Tent Trailer? Using 20.5/8.0-10 Load E Trailer Tire DOT 9DBU Tubeless 84M Load E Max Load 1107 @50 PSI. Manual says between 85 and 150. Big range.

The correct torque spec for a 10" steel trailer wheel like the Steel Solid Center Trailer Wheel part # AM20053 is between 75 and 85 ft. lbs.
