It comes with all required hardware and can use the Blue Ox Alpha 2 without an additional adapter. As far as the Alpha 2, it has swivel arms that allows for you to easily release your vehicle even in uneven ground and simply slides into the RV's hitch receiver without the need of a ball mount. In addition, the Brake Buddy Classic 3 comes with a internal inertia sensor that detects deceleration of your motorhome and signals the system to apply the Equinox's brakes.
