Parts Needed to Install Thule Gutter Feet on Van Roof that Doesn't have Gutters

Question:

I wanted to make sure that a set of cross bars are mounted correctly on my rails. I was given these, and am very excited to be able to carry my new kayak. I cant seem to find the model# in order to research these. Would you happen to know, with my picture, what model # I should be searching?

I sent this to my contact at Thule and she said that's not how that's supposed to install. What you have are gutter feet like # TH300R which require a rain gutter on the side of the roof. What you'd need to install this setup without a gutter on the roof is the artificial gutters # TH542.
