I spoke with DeeZee and they gave me the following dimensions, pictured below, for the DeeZee Aluminum Headache Rack with Sliding Load Stops # DZ95050RB. If your Weatherguard Crossbed Storage Toolbox measures 63"-71" in length then you will have no compatibility issues with this headache rack.
